Building a more flexible website to provide no-hassle updates and an intuitive user experience.
Franklin Mint reached out to us looking to rebuild their website. As a large credit union in the Greater Philadelphia region, they needed a partner that had experience in their industry.
The Challenge
Franklin Mint wanted a content management system that was easy for their marketing team to manage, update, and keep relevant for their members and community partners.
Our Strategy
We worked with the marketing team at Franklin Mint to improve the user experience of their website navigation. As a financial institution, they needed to provide their audience with a high volume of information on a consistent basis — in a logical way without risk of duplication.
We also needed to improve the way information was being offered visually and managed through WordPress. We built custom post types to manage loan officers, rates, site-wide alerts, dynamic page CTAs, and homepage banners in one central location. This provides Franklin Mint with the ability to update their content efficiently so they can share pertinent details on multiple pages of their website.
Finally, we had to ensure that the design and development of the new website was ADA compliant and could pass the rigorous auditing process of their institution and industry. This was achieved through color exploration during the moodboard phase to find a complementary brand color that would draw attention to important design elements across their website.
The Results
Since the launch of their new site, we’ve worked with Franklin Mint’s marketing team to manage website maintenance tasks. This has helped them maintain a healthy website in terms of site speed and modified page templates. These improvements have allowed Franklin Mint to offer a better user experience, leading to an increased average session duration, refined bounce rate, and more streamlined landing pages.
