The Challenge

We first met with Chieppor & Egner in October 2020, just 10 weeks prior to the soft opening of the new law practice. During this window of time, they needed to find a partner to design a business logo and website. They needed a web development agency and a logo design. Although they had years of experience in the District Attorney’s Office, this would be the start of their own practice and their expertise and knowledge had to stand out in a crowded field.

Our Strategy

Working within a shortened timeline, we initially focused on a new logo and the launch of a single-page Chieppor & Egner website — a strong homepage that provided the necessary information potential clients would need. After the soft launch, Tower expanded the site with detailed inside pages. We also used modular web design so the client could easily modify their site in the future as they expanded their areas of practice. And finally, we incorporated a chatbot and created a chat flow to help them gather pertinent information ahead of reaching out to a client.

For the Chieppor & Egner logo, the attorneys wanted something modern and set apart from the generic “legal” logos that incorporate columns, gavels, or scale iconography. Instead, our team focused on the way their initials flowed together. Using a bold typeface, we created an impactful logo that lends itself to multiple uses across business cards, legal documents, and promotional items. 

The Results

Since its launch, the Chieppor & Egner website has been extremely successful as an information source and lead generation tool for potential clients. Through both the contact form and chat bot tool, the attorneys have been able to start conversations with users looking for their services.
