Advanced Cooling Technologies, Inc. (ACT) is a distinguished thermal management solutions provider catering to a range of industries: primarily HVAC, space, military, energy/power electronics, and industrial sectors. Since 2003, they’ve evolved from a research and development team into a full-service product lifecycle development company.
The Challenge
The client came to us with a desire to improve their brand recognition and share of voice among other thermal management companies in the industry. Upon conducting some audits of their current site and competitor sites, our team deduced that most of these problems could be resolved by improving ACT’s user interface.
Our Strategy
Our team recommended a complete site redesign to improve the navigational structure and clearly communicate ACT’s full breadth of products and services. The new site would be designed to incorporate consistent branding, SEO fundamentals, and eCommerce functionality to lead to a better user experience and foster lead generation.
The Results
Within the first 6 months of launching the new site, events per session increased by roughly 40% and site conversions by 52%. Both increases are indications of a more positive user experience.
