SeniorLivingU is an eCommerce business that provides educational and training materials for administrators and staff at senior living communities. When they first came to us, their eCommerce platform wasn’t fully responsive, didn’t provide reliable technical support, and wasn’t flexible to help grow their marketing presence and business model.
In the fall of 2018, SeniorLivingU went through a branding update and enlisted us to study the user experience of their site. They wanted to use customer feedback to help improve the overall aesthetics and experience of the site. These improvements included building out more categorized product pages and adjusting product categories to help customers find what they’re looking for quickly and easily.
SeniorLivingU’s new users have increased 41% year-over-year, and they have a 2% eCommerce conversion rate and a three minute average session duration. We’ve continued to partner with them on new marketing initiatives that will allow them to grow and develop their brand and customer base for years to come
