Woodcrest Villa is an independent living community in Lancaster, PA with a vibrant culture and active campus. They offer apartments and villas, along with resort-style amenities, for all their residents.
The Challenge
Short term, Woodcrest Villa wanted to grow their waitlist. Long term, they sought brand recognition. With dozens of senior living facilities in the area (some with larger budgets), they knew they had a lot of competition.
Coming off the heels of a rebrand and new website, Woodcrest was ready to capitalize on the opportunity to showcase their unique culture and lifestyle.
Our Strategy
Tower settled on a mix of paid and organic efforts to achieve their goals. We ran Facebook ads to local residents that were retirement age. We also ran pay-per-click ads to reach a similar demographic.
On the organic side, we added keywords throughout the site and wrote monthly content backed by SEO. We added crucial details about the campus culture, steps to apply, and more, so people can find everything they need to make an informed decision about their retirement.
The Results
In the first year, PPC and paid social generated 30 campus tours and 86 price sheet downloads, both key steps residents take before joining the waitlist. Our social ads brought in over 12,500 new users to the site and generated over 900,000 impressions, successfully gaining brand awareness for Woodcrest Villa.
Our content and SEO efforts helped us increase clicks and impressions in Google search, resulting in 56 tour schedules and over 400 price sheet downloads from organic traffic. Woodcrest Villa now ranks on the first page for several major keywords, helping them get found above their competitors.
