Founded in 1969, RETTEW is a multi-disciplinary engineering firm. They offer more than 600 engineering, environmental, surveying, planning, safety, and related technical services to their clients in a number of markets from transportation to water to healthcare.
The Challenge
RETTEW is a company that does much more than just engineering for its clients. They offer services that other engineering firms don’t, allowing RETTEW to offer their clients complete solutions to their problems.
To help promote their services, they came to Tower to achieve three goals: generate viable leads, acquire and retain repeat clients, and expand brand recognition and awareness along the East Coast.
Our Strategy
Tower’s strategy focused on generating leads and phone calls while increasing brand awareness for RETTEW’s key commercial services.
We used targeted search ads to reach potential customers actively seeking engineering, safety consulting, and subsurface utility locating services. To capture high-quality leads, these ads guided users to relevant service pages and tracked their behavior using Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
The Results
In a five-month period, our Google ads campaign effectively drove quality website traffic for RETTEW. With 42,074 new impressions and 1,905 new users, the campaign expanded RETTEW’s online reach and brand awareness.
Generating over 30 qualified leads, the campaign also boasted a strong 5.6% click-through rate (123% above the industry average), showcasing its strong performance and visibility.
