The Water Guy™ is a well-established water and beverage provider serving states across the mid-Atlantic.
The Challenge
The Water Guy™ approached Tower because their website would no longer be compatible with the new customer management system they were implementing that year. They also were interested in a new SEO and PPC management strategy to bring in high-quality leads and help them succeed in a crowded marketplace.
Our Strategy
We started by designing and developing an easy-to-manage website that would give The Water Guy™ the flexibility to make updates and seamlessly integrate into their new online store and customer management system. We then organized three photoshoots to fill their website and social media posts with high-quality, proprietary images featuring their products and team members.
Finally, our developers and SEO specialists teamed up to ensure the website was fully-optimized for both customers and search engines. They also created and managed PPC campaigns to increase traffic and qualified leads.
The Results
Over the first six months after the website and campaign launches, we increased the traffic from all channels by a combined 23%. The website has also seen a decrease in site-wide bounce rate of 46%. With an optimized site architecture, The Water Guy™ will be able to maximize the use of their website to support their strategic business goals year over year.
