Lombardo’s Restaurant is a well-established, family-owned Italian dining destination with a strong local following. To promote new offerings, Lombardo’s partnered with our team to increase awareness and engagement through a cohesive marketing approach focused on paid advertising, organic social, and print advertising.
The Challenge
As their business continued to grow, the client needed a way to promote both new and existing services without losing brand consistency. Their goal was simple, yet crucial: strengthen connections with new diners, keep existing customers engaged, and ensure performance could be tracked to support continued growth. This meant not only increasing awareness across traditional channels but also across digital channels.
Our Strategy
We implemented a multi-channel strategy that combined digital paid advertising, organic social media, and traditional advertising. Paid campaigns focused on capturing high-intent local searches and expanding reach, while organic social content reinforced brand personality and ongoing engagement. To further extend visibility, we also managed print ads and billboard placements, ensuring Lombardo’s messaging was reinforced throughout the local market.
The Results
In the first year, our efforts significantly increased Lombardo’s visibility and engagement. Organic social drove nearly 3,000 first-time visits, while also generating on-site interactions, such as direct phone calls and over 100 Resy button clicks.
Paid ad results expanded reach even further, producing over 12,000 first-time site visits, along with an increase in high-intent actions such as reservations and direct phone calls. These actions included over 500 Resy button clicks as well as 98 first-time phone calls.
