KSW Construction has over 50 years of combined experience as a trusted provider of remodeling and construction services. Located in Central Pennsylvania, they serve residential homeowners and commercial businesses in the surrounding area.
The Challenge
KSW came to us concerned about brand awareness. They weren’t getting the quality leads they wanted and were struggling against better-known competitors. As a construction company, trust and name recognition are very important, but KSW needed help being found online.
Our Strategy
Our partnership with KSW began with a dual-threat approach: immediate visibility via PPC and long-term authority through Local SEO. We built up location-focused content, ensuring KSW appears when local homeowners search for “construction companies near me.”
The next year, we narrowed that location targeting strategy even more tightly. We also kept their business information consistent across all platforms via their Google Business Profile. To keep their profile competitive, we’ve even implemented a weather-responsive posting strategy.
The Results
The location content is the most visited on their website, even more popular than the home page. The pages also improved key users and key events, while increasing the average session duration.
Local visibility also expanded. Within the first 4 months, phone calls increased by 35% and website clicks by 25%. On top of that, general views of their Business Profile grew, proving that being proactive during those weather events is keeping KSW front and center when people need them.
