To win back lost sales, we built an Abandoned Cart email sequence that fires off quickly — within just a few hours of the initial cart abandonment.
Two subsequent messages reinforce the value of the products and address any concerns the customer might have. Recognizing that some recipients may have completed their purchase offline, the series also includes a clear opt-out link.
The Results
Over seven months, the Abandoned Cart automation generated more than $13,000 in sales from individuals who returned to complete their purchases.
