The Challenge
It’s no secret that job candidates for childcare are in high demand in Lancaster, PA. Community Action Partnership (CAP) came to us seeking help finding 16 new hires to fulfill a range of open positions, all with varying levels of experience and requirements..
Our Strategy
Our team determined that a paid ad strategy using pay-per-click and social ads across LinkedIn and Facebook would help the client quickly reach the right qualified audience. We also designed a custom landing page, ensuring those seeing ads would have an optimal experience when they clicked to learn more. And that they’d be encouraged to submit an application.
The Results
In one year of working with Tower, CAP has hired 34 employees thanks to advertising. This is double the amount of their initial goal at the onset of working with us. Our ads are also helping them stay top of mind in a space where lots of other local organizations are recruiting for the same candidates.
