North Group Consultants is an active consultative firm in Lancaster. Their others-focused approach to life and business has provided an abundance of success stories and client connections. It is through those connections that they are able to serve their clients through times of pivotal business growth, leadership development, and organizational guidance.
The Challenge
The professional team at North Group Consultants has been hard at work developing relationships and purposeful services that meet the needs of their clients. Looking ahead, the firm is planning for future office expansion and the benefit of company growth that comes along with it. They felt that their website was no longer an accurate representation of the vibrancy exuding in the day-to-day operations. Additionally, North Group was looking to improve the user experience of their website’s navigation to put thought leadership and their renowned podcast in the forefront.
Our Strategy
We had the opportunity to complete in-depth research on their business, competition, and the opportunities available to position North Group in a unique space in the market. With a clear direction and understanding of their long-term goals, we were able to work collaboratively on improving the website’s architecture. From there, the primary goal of the website project was to provide North Group with a platform that is easily managed and an accurate representation of their expanding firm.
The Results
The end result of North Group’s website redesign was a creative blend of their core values, thought leadership, and client case studies. The website features an interactive historical timeline and new, immersive company video, created to coincide with the resurgence of the firm’s digital presence. The abundance of information offered through the website helps to position North Group as an industry-leading organizational and leadership development firm that offers the same services as national companies, but with superior customer service in a more regionalized setting.
