Description::

Tower Marketing is looking for an energetic and professional administrative assistant to assist our management team with various tasks and projects.

Specifications::

  • Perform administrative and office support for Tower Marketing team
  • Answering telephone calls and checking voice messages regularly
  • Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them and directing them
  • Maintains inventory and office supplies
  • Assists with light billing, accounting, and payroll duties
  • Running errands when needed
  • Handing all mailing and postage
  • Managing calendars for management team
  • Assisting with client proposals and presentations
  • Conduct new employee orientation and new hire paperwork
  • Assisting with administrative tasks for client projects
  • Manage relationships with vendors for office maintenance and cleaning
  • Coordinating social and team building exercises and events
  • Assist team with writing and editing blog posts and other communications
  • Other tasks as needed by the management team

Requirements::

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years experience in an administrative or office assistant type of role
  • Experience working with QuickBooks is a plus
  • Experience working with Mac computers and applications
  • Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, etc.
  • Strong people skills, written and verbal communication, and customer service

  • Knowledge of billing and accounting preferred
