Tower offers Shopkeeper, a system that’s responsive and able to manage fulfillment, returns and customer service...and capable of providing gift-sending, repeat buyer and affiliate programs, coupons and discounts, and periodic online events.
Shopkeeper works with Maestro, Tower’s user-friendly website management tool that lets you control your website efficiently, based on your needs, not your technical know-how. And it lets you manage your website content in real time without delay from second parties. You can keep your visitors up-to-date with the most current products, services and information you have to offer, because you can instantly add, delete, and modify content and information in any area of your website right from home, the office, or on the road.
In addition, to controlling the content of the website itself, Maestro also can integrate with Shopkeeper to allow clients to control inventory, customers, orders, etc. from their own password-protected admin area. Clients with no technical expertise will be able to use this easy-to-use application while maintaining site design standards and integrity. Shopkeeper is compatible with all PC and MAC operating systems. Changes can be made from any internet browser connected to the internet.
