Hershey Federal Credit Union wanted to reach current members, as well as the community-at large, with a campaign that would announce “business as usual” during a particularly low period in credit availability nationwide. Tower responded with an out-of-home, billboard campaign that would be displayed at strategic high-traffic locations in the credit union’s service area in order to reach the highest number of current and potential lending customers. The board itself combines a quickly-understood graphic with attractive rates and a minimal amount of copy “clutter” in order to generate high impact and recognition on the part of passing motorists. Hershey Federal Credit Union is located in Hershey, PA.
