Launching a website is not an end in itself. Like an automobile, a website needs to be maintained and supported in order to dependably take you to your destination day-after-day. That's why Tower offers packages of hours at reduced prices as an added benefit once your website has launched.
You can pre-purchase packages of discounted hours for maintenance and support to make content changes, site revisions or upgrade functionality - basically anything that keeps your site fresh and evolving and that does not involve re-programming.
You are not required to have hosting with Tower to take advantage of this maintenance and support benefit for your website.
Think of your Tower Maintenance Account as a savings account at your bank. You can "deposit" a pre-determined number of hours into your Tower account (available at several levels at a reduced hourly rate). Then you can simply draw from those hours as needed when you require maintenance or support.
Your account is open ended, rolls-over from month-to-month, and the hours do not expire. If you use all of your hours, you can simply add more at whatever level of discount you choose. You will be alerted when your hours run low.
With a Tower Maintenance Account, the work performed on your site is "on demand." There is no need for purchase orders, proposals or estimates. Tell us what you need and the hours will be deducted from your pre-purchased hours once the work has been performed.
You will be able to view, monitor and track the hours and the tasks performed at your own online, password-protected management and administration page available at the Tower Marketing website. Work is posted in quarter-hour (.25) increments.
