We wanted to develop an innovative marketing-driven website tool that would better enable our clients to reach, attract, and persuade their audiences to do business with them and to buy their products and services. We developed Briefcase to be one of those tools...a valuable and innovative way to connect with customers.

This tool enables customers to take home a few samples…from your website…just as if they'd visited your location, your trade booth or if you'd made a sales call!

With Briefcase, customers and prospects can "shop" around your site collecting items of interest: photos, specs, sell sheets, news, catalogs…anything you want to make available to them.

Customers can then send their “briefcase” anywhere they choose…to their office, to their home, or even to a colleague.

Best of all, you get a report, not just that someone's visited, but what they're interested in, so you can follow-up.

This is a web tool that enables customers to collect samples of technical manuals, sell sheets, catalogs, white papers, etc., as PDF files into a single “briefcase” file that can be e-mailed to the visitor’s office, home or to colleagues for purchasing, referrals, committees, and reference materials.

Though designed as a tool to reach customers, Briefcase can also function as a valuable and innovative sales aid to a sales force of direct sales representatives or independent reps.

Using the web, sales reps can select and collect online material from your website in order to make custom sales packages that they can share with targeted customers or customer segments. Briefcase puts these sales materials...from photos and sell sheets to specifications...right at the rep’s fingertips for timely, immediate delivery of proposals, pitches and follow-ups to sales calls that are sent directly to their prospects’ e-mail.
