Account Executive
Full / Part Time Position
Description ::
Tower Marketing is seeking an account executive in the Lancaster, Pennsylvania area to join our agency to help grow the business as well as support in-house accounts.
Specifications ::
- Support senior level account team to develop marketing strategies and recommendations, and conceptualize and implement tactics
- Serve as the liaison between the agency and client to ensure that client goals, budget, and target audience are reached, becoming an expert in our clients business
- Manage accounts including fiscal responsibilities (client budget, expense reporting, and campaign profits and losses), day-to-day client account work, including writing various communications materials (i.e.: press releases, web content, and PowerPoint presentations.)
- Spend time studying the features and benefits of our products and services, then matching them to the prospect’s/client’s needs
- Write and present proposals to prospects and existing clients
- Call on new prospects regularly with the goal of converting them into new clients
- Follow up with prospects regularly by staying in contact, ask for referrals, find new leads, and increase our client base
Requirements ::
- 4+ years experience in an agency environment
- 2+ years experience with digital/interactive media
- Strong knowledge of marketing digital and traditional services
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Internet proficiency, including search engines, e-commerce, and social media
- A bachelor’s degree (advertising or marketing major preferred)

- Solid leadership skills and client counseling capabilities

Marketing Intern

Description ::
Tower Marketing is seeking an individual who is passionate about marketing, wants to work with and learn from senior members of the agency, and work in the Lancaster, Pennsylvania area. This position has the opportunity to transition into either a part-time role after the internship or a full-time role after graduation.
Specifications ::

Assist in the management of clients’ pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, including developing keyword lists based on actual search data, analyze daily reports, research competition, and assisting senior agency members in developing on-going PPC strategies
- Manage agency and clients’ social media and public relations campaigns (both online and traditional)
- Write and edit agency bi-weekly newsletters and blog posts, and daily social media posts
- Assist project team with client management, website production, and content development
Requirements ::
- Excellent written communication skills from basic email etiquette to social media etiquette to large-scale writing projects
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Internet proficiency, including search engines, and social media (Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
- Major in public relations or similar communications-based program
